Strategic Studies 

• 3 to 6 months; 1 - 3 persons including a project manager, subject matter experts, and analysts  

• Identify an action or alignment.  Examines a current business concern or possible disconnect between business and technology

• Involves analyzing current activities, interviewing key stakeholders, developing patterns and frameworks

• Deliverables produced include actions and next steps and appendices with supporting documentation
  
  

Program Management

• 12 to 36 months; 1 -2 persons including Program Manager and subject matter expert

• Coordinating all projects within a certain scope or business unit

• Manage overall resource priorities, stakeholder interactions, milestones, objectives, deliverables, and dependencies across a project set

• Deliverables produced include weekly or bi-weekly status reports for management teams and executives, mentoring of PM's, and implementation of project management maturities
  
  

Project Management

• 6 to 18 months; 1 person

• Coordinate, for a project, the scope, cost, and time

• Scope includes stakeholder requirements produced, quality of requirements, and change management.  Cost includes internal and external resources and any project products and services.  Time covers critical milestone dependencies and stakeholder date expectations

• Deliverables include best practice project reports for time, budget, status, issues, risks, change management, etc.
